Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance, location and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** Responsibilities: + Develop and oversee program, making recommendations and acting as a resource for all nursing staff related to patient care and clinical standards, policies and procedures. + Develop and document care plans and therapy programs. + Oversee and ensure plan of care therapy program is implemented as indicated. Ensure necessary resources and/or equipment is obtained as ordered. + May supervise and direct nursing staff. + Coordinate, assemble, and maintain documentation as required. **Requirements** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required. Education: + Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required. **Additional Preferences** + Once weekly onsite requirements rotating between Dell Seton Medical Center and Ascension Seton Medical Group Neurology Clinic. + Neurology experience preferred. + Strong patient and provider communication skills highly preferred. + Nurse management or supervisor experience desirable. + Comfortability speaking with patients and providers via phone. **Why Join Our Team** Ascension Seton, based in Austin, Texas, has provided thousands of associates and caregivers a rewarding career in healthcare since 1902.
