**Position Overview:**
As a Class Action Attorney, you will play a vital role in managing class action lawsuits and ensuring our clients receive the best possible representation. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for employee advocacy and a strong background in class action litigation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Case Management:** Oversee class action cases from inception to resolution, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing for depositions and trials.
- **Client Communication:** Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving any issues related to their cases.
- **Legal Research and Writing:** Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents to support our cases.
- **Discovery:** Assist in all aspects of the discovery process, including drafting and responding to discovery requests and preparing for depositions.
- **Court Appearances:** Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
**Qualifications:**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in class action litigation, preferably in employment law.
- Strong understanding of class action procedures and litigation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in legal research and writing.
**What We Offer:**
We provide a highly competitive salary based on experience and qualifications, along with percentage-based bonuses, health insurance, a 401K plan, paid vacations, parking, and other benefits.
**Compensation:** Total compensation ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 (base salary plus discretionary bonus), with a base salary between $150,000 and $180,000.
