Join Our First-Class Team of Class A Drivers! Drivers are generally out 12-14 days and then home 48 hours with average weekly pay of $1260-$1800 (starting pay of .48-.60CPM based on experience.

•Competitive Weekly Pay: Earn $1265-$1800+ per week, with the potential for even higher earnings. Pay is based on experience. If you have 3 months verifiable Class A experience you start at .48CPM (plus .03CPM safety bonus) and all drivers with 5 years + start at .60CPM (and again $.03CPM bonus) This pay structure is for those drivers who live in locations in FL open to hiring which is north of Orlando,

•Running Area: While drivers could run anywhere in the lower 48 (except NYC and Long Island) the majority of the freight is running East of I-35.
•Modern Fleet: Drive 2022 Freightliner Cascadias and newer, all equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, and 1250 watt inverters. Auto restriction? No problem!

Driver Requirements:
CAN NEVER HAVE FAILED OR REFUSED A DOT DRUG TEST OR HAVE BEEN FIRED FROM LAST DRIVING JOB
•At least 3 months of OTR or Regional driving experience in the last three years.
•Drivers must live north of Orlando and Tampa to qualify
•A clean driving record: No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 2 in the last 12 months. Major moving violations? None in the last year and only one in the last three years.
•Safety Matters: No more than 4 incidents in the last 3 years, and no DOT Recordable in the last 3 years.
