It's a dedicated route from WA to TX. All trucks stay up to maintenance as you communicate with the head of shop, with any necessary needs a driver may have to keep rolling stress free. Pay is by percentage. Paid weekly by direct deposit if that is preferred. Quarterly bonuses, inspection bonuses, Log bonuses. A week paid vacation after a year, with years to follow with employment. This is a drug free company that is ozero tolerance !! We take pride in our rides and in ourselves. So if your a clean driver that takes pride in themselves and takes pride in his or hers equipment. Trailers are all 53 ft Spread Axle Reefers
Requirements:
Class A CDL
Min. 2 years reefer experience
Throwing chains
Have a slight mechanical edge
Comfortable with winter driving
Communication is key
