Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance, location and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** Direct the daily operations of a department(s). + Develop specific departmental goals, standards and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. + Direct all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinaryactions and continuing education initiatives. + Develop departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. + Direct special projects and business analyses. + Develop short and long term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team. **Requirements** Education: + High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experiencerequired, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. **Additional Preferences** + Registered Nurse and/or Respiratory Therapist + Experience in and with Pediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care transport is strongly preferred + Someone with CAMTS accreditation for transport systems familiarity and experience is a plus **Why Join Our Team** Ascension Seton, based in Austin, Texas, has provided thousands of associates and caregivers a rewarding career in healthcare since 1902.
