Description WHAT YOU WILL DO Ministry Logistics - Continue to build The Celebrate Recovery Model ministry at the Lake Forest campus.
- Schedule and/or teach Celebrate Recovery curriculum at Friday night services.
- Teach at least 25% of the Celebrate Recovery lessons at Friday night services.
- Schedule and edit Testimonies for Friday night services.
- Invest in the lives of volunteer leaders. Build relationships with leaders of the same gender.
- Recruit and develop volunteer leaders.
- Oversee a team of office volunteers for the logistics of Celebrate Recovery
- Be available for counseling couples or Celebrate Recovery participants of the same gender.
- Be involved with East Coast and West Coast Summits logistics and planning. Attend both events.
- Manages CR staff.
Budget/Reporting - Develop and maintain the Celebrate Recovery budget.
- Monthly expense reporting through Concur.
Ministry Support - Coordinate and problem solve with campuses to support their Celebrate Recovery ministry.
- Ad hoc Celebrate Recovery support as ministry develops.
- Ad hoc communication and coordinating with the Celebrate Recovery National Team.
Administrative Support - Directly support Johnny Baker on all tactical and administrative functions to ensure that the Celebrate Recovery Model is fully operational, as well as some of the Celebrate Recovery Movement, such as, but not limited to, Celebrate Recovery Summits.
- Answer phone calls and email inquiries
Who You Are - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administrative skills – both micro and macro organization
- Skilled at multitasking and staying organized
- Proficient with computers (PC and/or Mac)
- Technologically savvy and comfortable navigating the internet
- Skilled in coordinating and organizing volunteer teams for efficient project completion
- Strong leadership qualities
- Experienced in managing budgets and expense reporting
- Capable of building and maintaining partnerships and relationships within and outside of Saddleback
- Effective at prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Connects well with Celebrate Recovery Leaders of the same gender
- Able to coordinate, organize, encourage, direct and/or train around, but not limited to, 100 volunteers so they perform their job efficiently and effectively.
- High school/GED equivalent is required
- Bachelor’s degree/Seminary degree is preferred.

Saddleback Church’s pay philosophy is based on internal and external data for pay equity and budgetary considerations for effective stewardship. The estimated pay rate for this position is $80,000-$85,000 annually, depending on experience. We will provide a pay rate within our salary structure that fits a candidate’s qualifications and experience for the job. The posted wage range does not guarantee a specific job offer.
