Job Description

OTR Position Highlights:

• Pay: $0.65–$0.75 CPM (all OTR miles paid)
• Bonus: Performance-based bonus available after 3 weeks OTR
• Referral Bonus: $500 per qualified OTR driver referral
• Home Time: Must stay out a minimum of 3 weeks OTR
• Equipment: Assigned 2023–2026 trucks (Volvo, Cascadia, International, Mack)
• Route Type: 100% OTR – Nationwide
  
  

OTR Driver Responsibilities:

• Safely operate assigned truck on OTR routes nationwide.
• Deliver freight on schedule and maintain communication with OTR dispatch.
• Keep accurate ELD logs and comply with DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

OTR Requirements:

• Ability to stay out a minimum of 3 weeks OTR.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum of 2 years verifiable CDL-A driving experience.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• Clean background; must pass DOT physical and drug screen.
• No SAP drivers accepted.
  
  

OTR Pay & Benefits:

• Weekly Pay: $2,000–$2,500 (based on OTR miles and performance)
• Performance-based bonus after 3+ weeks OTR
