Job Description
OTR Position Highlights:
- Pay: $0.65–$0.75 CPM (all OTR miles paid)
- Bonus: Performance-based bonus available after 3 weeks OTR
- Referral Bonus: $500 per qualified OTR driver referral
- Home Time: Must stay out a minimum of 3 weeks OTR
- Equipment: Assigned 2023–2026 trucks (Volvo, Cascadia, International, Mack)
- Route Type: 100% OTR – Nationwide
OTR Driver Responsibilities:
- Safely operate assigned truck on OTR routes nationwide.
- Deliver freight on schedule and maintain communication with OTR dispatch.
- Keep accurate ELD logs and comply with DOT/FMCSA regulations.
- Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
OTR Requirements:
- Ability to stay out a minimum of 3 weeks OTR.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Minimum of 2 years verifiable CDL-A driving experience.
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Clean background; must pass DOT physical and drug screen.
- No SAP drivers accepted.
OTR Pay & Benefits:
- Weekly Pay: $2,000–$2,500 (based on OTR miles and performance)
- Performance-based bonus after 3+ weeks OTR
