• $80,000 to $100,000 depending on experience.

Role Overview:

• Consistent hours: Mon - Fri: 8:00am - 4:00pm.
• Design and Monitor Tailored Programs using VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc.
• Engage with Families, Providing Training & Updates.
• Mentor and Lead Interns & RBTs.
• Attend to Admin and Communication Needs.
• Champion Client Safety.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year experience as a BCBA.
• Master's Degree Required.
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Physically Active: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and be versatile in interactions.
• Clear Background Check.
