This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an AWS Solutions Engineer. The individual in this role will play a crucial part in supporting pre-sales initiatives and developing customer-facing solutions for an AWS Contact Center practice. This remote position demands a strong technical contributor who will enable delivery teams with reusable assets and valuable documentation. The role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with Solutions Architects, driving innovation and excellence in technical delivery. Candidates should be prepared to work within US-based time zones, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Accountabilities

• Develop technical solutions and architecture diagrams for customer proposals and RFP responses
• Create Statements of Work (SOWs) that translate business requirements into actionable technical delivery plans
• Support RFP/RFI responses with technical content and solution narratives
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to refine and validate solution designs
• Produce technical documentation, solution guides, and best practice content
• Create go-to-market collateral including solution briefs and technical white papers
• Maintain internal knowledge base of AWS contact center solutions for RFP usage

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or contact center consulting
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS services (Lambda, Lex, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation/CDK)
• Experience with contact center platforms (Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, Five9, or similar)
• Proven ability to create technical architecture diagrams using tools like Lucidchart or draw.io
• Strong technical writing skills with experience developing SOWs, RFP responses, or technical proposals
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, or specialty certifications) preferred
