We have an immediate opening for an Automotive Collision Damage Repair Estimator. Our Automotive Collision Damage Estimators play a critical role in the repair process. In this role, you will identity, analyze and record the physical damage to damaged vehicles. The ability to effectively communicate these findings to the customer and any third-party payer is just as important as identifying the damages. Anyone considered must exemplify the ability to do both. We intend to hire a strong player who can make a difference for our team. If you have the drive and determination to be successful with a high degree of professionalism, we want to talk to you. We have not time for the complacent, ineffective or the unserious. Requirements:

• A capability and resolve to be an effective team player
• Relevant work experience as an estimator, claims adjuster, or within an automobile repair shop
• A strong desire to provide excellent customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• The ability to multitask yet prioritize appropriately
• Steadfast attention to detail
• The competency to meet goals and objectives
• Expertise in the use of the CCC ONE estimation system
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
• A valid drivers license and auto insurance coverage
• Profound desire for growth and personal development
• I-CAR, ASE or other relevant professional training is a plus
