**Mô tả công việc:**
The Customer Relationship Manager leads and optimizes operations for UPS Capital products and services within APAC Region. This role is responsible for overseeing end to end operational performance to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction, implement processes and procedures to secure efficient operations, compliance and profitability within the countries served at APAC. This role leads all operations team within the Region, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation and high performance.
The ideal candidate brings strong operational acumen, effective problem-solving skills, future focus mindset and focus on customer centricity.
Key responsibilities:
1) Customer experience: ensures seamless and effective customer journey, ensuring operational process and touchpoints align with customer satisfaction goals and operational excellence.
2) Book of business management: lead and oversee customers profitability, growth and performance within the countries served.
3) Underwriting oversight: ensure consistent, profitable underwriting policies aligned with company's policies and objectives, market trends and regulatory requirements.
4) Claims oversight oversees claim's function, ensuring efficiency and high service standards.
5) Process and compliance: develop, implement and continuously improve operational procedures to align with industry best practices, government and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
* +3 years of experience in operational roles.
* Strong leadership skills and team management within cross functional teams.
* Problem solving and decision-making skills.
