Job Description We're looking for a versatile and self-driven 3D Generalist to join our GenAl workstream. This role is ideal for an artist who's excited by rapid prototyping, cross-functional collaboration, and using generative Al to shape the future of creative tools and workflows. What You'll Do:  - Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and other artists to prototype GenAl-driven 3D content  - Build stylized props, character assets, and objects aligned with our visual goals  - Apply and tune Al-generated outputs (e.g., textures, meshes) to bring them up to production quality  - Support real-time and offline rendering pipelines with lighting and lookdev work  - Provide feedback on emerging GenAl tools and help define ideal artist workflows  - Help create visual guides, documentation, and references to scale learnings across teams We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements - 4+ years of professional experience as a 3D Generalist or similar role in games, film, or XR  - Strong proficiency in modeling, UVs, texturing, and look development (Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Substance, etc.)  - Understanding of stylized art direction and how to interpret it across different asset types  - Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where experimentation is encouraged  - Curious and collaborative mindsetexcited to learn new tools and shape the future of art creation with GenAl - Experience with Al-generated art pipelines (e.g., mesh/texture upscaling, Al mesh generation)  - Knowledge of real-time engines (Unity, Unreal) or scripting for pipelines  - Experience working closely with researchers or technical teams null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
